HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RUSH ORDERS:
Please keep an eye on production timeframes for made to order items (3-4 weeks in some cases) and handling times for ready to ship items (2-3 days). Shipping deadlines are as follows, THESE ARE THE FINAL POSSIBLE DATES I CAN SHIP ON, based on USPS guidelines. I do not guarantee on time delivery, delays due to the post office are out of my hands and do not warrant a shipping refund so please plan ahead accordingly.

Domestic ship dates to have delivery by Dec 24th:
1st class- Dec 17
Priority- Dec 20
Express- Dec 22

International (due to customs etc, these are guidelines and cannot be guaranteed):
1st class- Dec 3
Priority Intl- Dec 13
Express Intl- Dec 19

RUSH REQUESTS:
Regarding production timeframes: requests for rush production comes with a fee (think of it as overtime). If you pay a rush fee your purchase gets pushed to the front of the order queue and shipped within the agreed upon timeframe. Rush fee schedule is as follows:

Anything marked 1-2 weeks production:
7 days rush fee 25% of cost of order
5 days rush fee 50% of cost of order
3 days rush fee 75% of cost of order
48 hours rush fee 100% of cost of order

Please note rush requests are taken only if there is reasonable time for me to complete your order. Rush fees only cover production, rush shipping is a separate cost.

All gold and silver used in my shop are from refineries, meaning they take scrap and make new materials with it! Be happy because you're helping recycle a precious metal.

***International customers, please note that you may be charged customs fees for importing goods from USA. These fees are different from postage fees and are at the discretion of your local customs agency to whether or not to charge you. Packages with unpaid fees returned to me will be refunded, minus shipping, and a 50% restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund on returned custom stamped items which are non-refundable as noted in my policies. All items are tracked through USPS. Items marked 'delivered' are treated as such and are non-refundable if lost or stolen. Please ensure your address is correct and you have a safe delivery environment.
